kindly give me advice for OBC, NCL certificate criteria, regarding Income Limit for Central Govt. employee. A. I am a central govt. servant appointed on class III post & promoted to class II post at the age of 41 yr. So. pl. clarify that my salary income is exempted or not for getting an OBC certificate for my child. B. As per rule, I am eligible for exempt salary income, but if the issuing authority does not agree then! C. Please provide the latest copy of OBC (NCL) rules.
