If it is registered society you can review their registration papers , bye laws and enforce the election conduction. usually once in 3 years election has to be conducted.. meanwhile there may be a nominal ad-hoc committee. After asserting it, you can send a complaint to the District Registrar of Societies and force them to conduct election and sending form 7.. Later you can approach High court for direction if necessary.. for further assistance please book for consultation

Is the Society stands registered Under Society Registration Act? If so, You have to follow the Rules and Regulations as mentioned in the Objects and Memorandum of Associations and that in the Constitution of the said Society. Otherwise you may file a Suit for Mandatory Injunction in Civil Court and get the directions issued to the Executive Body of the Society for doing the needful for smooth and proper running of Society. It will work. You have a good case and you will succeed definitely. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
