Hi,I'm a resident of Rohini Nagar,Nipani (Karnataka).My family moved here 7years ago and there were no road,sewers or lights in our area. The people of our area told us that,There was a dispute between the city municipal council nipani and owner of the land,at the time the owner had to develop the land before selling it but the landlord didn't develop the area and sold the land to people in cheap price,and the CMC didn't stop anyone from buying the land and gave permission to build houses.The people without knowing anything have bought the land and built houses.But the CMC nor the owner was willing to develop the area.The matter was then brought into court and the area was put in stay order.It has been around a decade now and the case is still pending.We have asked the MLA &commissioner of our area and the CMC itself for help but they just tell us they can't do anything because the area is under stay order(even after money has been sanctioned to our area).what should we do now?

Greetings! In the present scenario, either you have to wait for the final judgement of the matter which is subjudice before the Court or being the aggrieved person you may approach the Higher Court for vacating the stay. Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case as the stay order has been issued against that area therefore nobody can do anything regarding the same and you have to wait until the case gets over over the stay order gets lifted
