Hi, You can sue the corporation for selling goods through misleading advertising, but you must first prove that you are a buyer. Furthermore, if they revised the ad information as a result of the complaint, your reason for filing a lawsuit is no longer valid because the company has retracted the misleading advertisement and compensated you for it. However, if you or other customers who are eligible to file a joint petition have been injured, you have the right to seek exemplary damages. Additionally, using the defendant's law firm in your Consumer Court application or suit is only beneficial if you have already given the corporation a legal notice to which they responded via their legal representative. If you find this answer helpful, please rate my answer. Thank You.

    - You can not ask them consultancy fees as, as per you advice they have corrected their website and changed the complete information. - Company corrected the information on all websites or websites corrected based on your information ? - defendant's law firm ? You already sent legal notice and it was replied by company using law firm ? You have to attach the legal notice and reply notice. - You can sue the company but you should first send a notice to website also from where you brought products. It is important and help in your case.
