THE CHURCH OF SOUTH INDIA TRUST ASSOCIATION
Vs.
RESPONDENT:
THE TELUGU CHURCH COUNCIL
DATE OF JUDGMENT: 10/01/1996
I am a member of TCC and now after 24 years of this judgement CSI people are not allowing us to enter into the Church saying you don't have any right. We are arguing with them that TCC is merged with CSITA and we also have equal rights over all the properties of CISTA.
And as per the above mentioned Judgement what are the Rights we have as a Members of TCC, a registered Association?
Please suggest.
