    You must send a legal notice/eviction notice warning your tenant that either leave the premises or face legal actions. And if even after receiving this notice they didn't move then it's up to you whether you want to go legally or not. Legal process involves knocking the doors of rent controller or the civil court for eviction of your tenants.
