Asked in Civil
Hello Sir It would be requested to first share the order of the supreme court. You could get a NOC from your family members, that would be enough to waive of pf their rights in the property. Then you could get the property in your name. Thanks Please rate if you find this advice helpful
Before receiving the land in grant in terms of SC, the person is stranger. So he should firstly receive the land in terms of Supreme Court and only thereafter he can execute gift deed or WILL or relinquishment deed in favour of any person or group of persons. Govt would not recognise such person unless land is granted to him and his name be entered in records, only, thereafter, gift made by him would be valid.
Dear Sir, You have to get relinquishment deed. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.
First we must see what the order is about and what are your rights with respect to the land in accordance with the order. However, assuming that it is a simple case of giving up rights with respect to a land, you can get a Deed of Relinquishment drafted and registered through an Advocate. Please contact me for further assistance along with the details of the order.
