I took a loan of approx 28000 rupees from PlayStore app name Creditt and authorized a debit mandate but I don't remember the mandate amount and debit frequency. I couldn't pay the loan amount last month and I have the overdue amount of approx 30000 by 30 days.Today I noticed 45 transaction in my account for 3145 each and due to insufficient balance all the transactions were declined. As per my bank I will be charged 45 bounce charges by my bank for each transaction (560) which will be equal to 25,200 is it legal by any NBFC to try and charge someone's account 45 times a day? What are my rights?

Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
