Undivided Property

My father died in 2011 has 5 siblings 2 male and 3 female. My grandfather died in 2002 and grandmother in 2015. As of now, ancestral property is still undivided and one of my fathers male sibling is enjoying the full property. I don't have any documents expect my fathers death certificate. Please suggest my power and can I put stay for my fathers sibling not to sell property or build any construction without my consent
