My father presented an affidavit to restart a dormant land case. It is stated in the affidavit that my father was not well and was out of town prior to the previous hearing date. Now he is available and healthy for court hearing. Previous hearing date was in 2011 and an affidavit submitted in 2016 to restart the case. Now we have some people who are using this affidavit against my father and reached out to police stating it is a case of fraud. Please advise. This case was in the SDM office.
