    Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can go ahead and file for portion if property. Moreover, if you want you can file a suit for fraudulent act. However, it is not advisable in the given situation.

    Dear Sir, Yes, since a legal document is kept in darkness for more than six years without brining it to the notice of beneficiaries of the Will. You may lodge a complaint with the Police otherwise you may directly go to the Court of Magistrate and lodge a private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.
