    Dear Client, Since the property is ancestral in nature, you are also entitled to get a share in the property. They cannot alienate the property without you. If at they try to alienate the property, you can file a suit for restricting them from alienating.

    Yes, You are eligible for share in that property so issue them notice through lawyer demanding your share and if they refused to give your share then File partition suit in court through lawyer of your choice.

File a partition suit along with injunction petition to restrain them from selling Ancestral property and file a petition for Appointing advocate commissioner along with assistance of taluk surveyor to survey whole property...

    Since this is ancestral property, therefore, you are entitled to your share. You may file a lawsuit for injunction to restrict other parties from selling your share without partition.
