Company Didnt Pay My Last Month Salary To Me

Company salary cycle is 20-21 of every month. They didn't pay my last month salary which 20 april to 21 may this salary should be credited on 3 JUNE but they didnt credit my salary still so i resigned on 6th June and the work which i have done i have google drive unshared the work with them but its still there in computer but the files name are not properly segregate written in file . They have still not credit my salary. I have already registered complain in labor court for not crediting my last month salary.
