The services shall be terminated by either the Employee or from the company as per below terms
a) If the termination initiated by the company, it has the entitlement of either giving 90 days notice or pay the salary in lieu of the notice period or for any less period as decided by the company
b) if the termination is initiated by the employee, serving 90 days' notice is mandatory to enable a smooth transition and knowledge transfer. No payment will be accepted from the Employee under any circumstances in lieu of the Notice period.
c) On the event of you failing to adhere the above clause and fail to give 90 days notice you will be liable for any disciplinary and legal action as found deemed fit by the company and also not be eligible for any relieving documents
I want to get relieved within a month without any fuss, I already tried speaking with my manager and HR. Also, I have finished my KT documents so please advise.
