Greetings! You may write an email demanding your dues and if still your payment is not made, then you can file your complaint under section 33C of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for recovering your dues from employer with Labour Office. Kindly consult us for any help.
First of all u should send them a legal notice demanding your salary. If they do not reply or act accordingly then you should file a complaint under industrial dispute act in the labour court of your area
Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can try to negotiate with them however it is does not work then you can serve them a legal notice seeking recovery of money even if they does not respond to the legal notice and does not want to pay then you can go ahead and file a complaint against them before the court
First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my salary or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your salary along with compensations. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
