Hi, firstly the notice period is of 30 days everywhere and also on the paper which you signed has 30 days mentioned. so you are not obliged to accept the 90 days of notice clause. in case of any miss-happening, you can send a legal notice to the firm and later file a case against them. also they should have provided you the copy of every document, it is truly a lag from their end. so they can not force you to do or pay anything, you can take legal action and demand compensation against the harassment .

You are under no obligation to serve as per the amendment they have done after your joining. As per Your agreement the Notice Period will remain Thirty Days. They can't force you to comply with the amended terms which took place after Your having entered in to the Agreement. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
