Because any type of involvement in drug trade requires do requires registration with the government Under Drug Act therefore You required to get yourself Registered understand the Act. As of now they are asking for Licences and Qualification like a Pharma store, but practically its not necessary, we can expect a new law being enacted for online pharmacy soon, which will prevail finally...
