    Request the court to dismiss the case if the complainant is not appearing in subsequent dates as it prima facie appears that the Complainant and their Advocate not interested to pursue the case further. Under Section 203 of the Cr.P.C. a Magistrate, Judge can dismiss a complaint after considering the statements on oath, if any, of the complainant and of the witnesses and the result of the inquiry or investigation, the Magistrate is of opinion that there is no sufficient ground for proceeding, he shall dismiss the complaint.
