The concerned Governments of different states have already or still are in the process to take legislative steps in this direction. Ascertain the situation of Your State and proceed further. Otherwise you may file a Writ before the Hon'ble High Court for obtaining the desired Relief. You have a good case and you will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
