My father migrated from Tamil Nadu belongs scheduled caste have 3 sons born in Andhra Pradesh vizianagaram . And study in Andhra and settle in Andhra vizianagaram. How they treated scheduled caste or other caste.they belongs to native of which state

1. If they are having Schedule Caste certificate of any of state then also no issue of that.
