    Just deposit the cheque, if balance is there in his account, you'll get your money and if cheque is Dishonored issue him a Legal notice and file a case against him. call 9346950711.

    deposit the cheque when cheque bounced ... send a legal notice by an advocate for payment of 3lakh with interest ... if not paid then file a criminal case of 138 under ni act...     deposit the cheque in bank. then file a complaint under s.138 NI act. In these type of cases u can get double amount.
