Asked in Construction
Dear client, Yes, you can sue the builder for seepage issues if you have evidence that the builder was responsible for the issue. However, before filing a lawsuit, you should try to resolve the issue amicably through communication and negotiation with the builder. If you decide to pursue legal action, you can file a complaint against the builder in the appropriate court or forum. You may be able to seek compensation for the damages caused by the seepage issue, as well as any related costs, such as repairs or legal fees. It is important to note that the legal process can be time-consuming and expensive. It is recommended that you consult with a lawyer who has experience in construction defect cases to determine the best course of action for your situation.
