Builder built children play area on terrace.

Question

I bought a flat on top floor recently.  Builder built children play area on terrace. It's creating lot of noise and I am afraid it will lead to water leakage problems. Is it legal to build such area on terrace ?

Accepted Answer

First try to tell the issue to builder and if he refused to do so then File complain against him in consumer court and claim heavy compensation.
