Hello My apartment has a 180 sqft balcony for few flats, which is mentioned in RERA document as "elevation features". And now builder is not putting fence in the balcony, stating that it'll be done post OC inspection. My question is: 1. Is it legit to sell elevation features as balcony? 2. Does it have any bearing on OC, if we put fence? Thanks

You should not sell as mentioning balance & it can create problem in OC certificate
