In a RERA approved property in Bangalore, we have a builder who has 81 flats and 90 parking spaces in the ground floor. They have allocated 8 double parking spots to 8 residents and provided no Visitor parking inside the society (Society also doesnt have any space or roads inside for visitor parking); rather saying an adjacent dead end public road can be used for the same.
Also, 4 of these 81 residents have poorly demarcated area for parking (pillars in between or non feasible to park any big car like SUV or sedan)
Can we legally challenge this situation and demand :
1. Some visitor parking slots inside society
2. Reallocate those poorly demarcated spots
