Builder Not Giving House After Copletion Of Construction For Last 3 Years

I entered into agreement with builder for construction of house in Dec 2012. He gave me his brochure of the house to be constructed which had map of the house. But with criminal intention he mentioned the built up area as 1128 sq feet in para 1 of the agreement but in last para he has mentioned the sizes of rooms and toilet as per brochure. I filed case against him in Jabalpur consumer forum for delay in possession in Jan 2016 and got exparte decree in Jun 2016. Court gave him 6 months time till Dec 2016. But he did not deliver and is threatening to kill us. He is using the house as his office and store and threatens us if we visit the house. In Jan 2017 I filed execution appeal in Jabalpur forum in which he has raised demand for Rs 7 lacs for extra construction done by him. Which he has not done and has made same size house as of other customers and as per the brochure. At the time of signing the agreement he showed agreement of another customer and got signature from me saying it was his standard format and house will be constructed as per brochure only.(Total area as per brochure totals to 1623 sq feet). The EA in consumer forum is still going on. Please advise how to proceed in this matter ?
