sir one of known has given a blank cheque as a security for amont taken on interest. but after paying interest for about 15 months, he is not able to pay interest now due to bussiness loss. instead of cooperation or talking the other person has bounced the cheque and filed a case against him in court. what will be done in this type of cases

there are several aspects which needd to be consider I.e. no. 1 cheque given for. security purposes does not come under preview of NI Act , n.2 if cheque has not been expired then send a notice without mentioning security cheque ...

It would be wise for you to recover the money by filing a suit. You can also file a complaint under NI Act.
