I have purchased one flat in Dec 2018, it's still under construction. I have paid 85 % of the amount and received a new demand letter but only 70 % of work is complete in the last 6 months. They have only completed my rooms flooring but there is not flooring in passable or steps, no grills also sink and washroom work is pending. I have sent an email to them but there is no revert. On the RERA site, they have mentioned 26th Dec 2021 proposed completion date but there are no workers on site. What to do?
