  • Mr. You certainly face the risk of demolition of the house by the Corp authority for violation of permission when they come for inspection of completion. I think you do as I advised. That is the only thing left for you.

    it is against the contract .u can file complaint before consumer court. if municipal office is opposing and against the construction of your building then file the complaint. otherwise try to settle the matter with the builder

    u first give a legal notice to contractor.. then he will not pay u for extra work as it was not in agreement. if still he ask for money. then file a complaint before consumer court.

  • You should have been careful. This could be detected at the very first stage. Now you are late. Better try to get a demolition notice from the Corp and subsequently sue the contractor on that basis.
