What legal action can I take against a builder for delaying the construction of a housing project despite having taken 95% of construction cost from me and how to go about it?

you can file a writ petition.... but it should be done with an expert hand....i think they must hv increased the no. of floors ..without yr consent......they have to either refund the money or close the project
