A cheater Developer is neither constructing the buildings, nor refunding our money back from 7 years and several email or written complaints are made in Police station, but police is not interested in filing FIR or NC. And he always brings his wife in between while speaking or interacting. So we have decided that all womens will beat the builder & his wife in his office and will recover the money. My question is:- When we will beat the builder, he will have the CCTV footage of his office camera. So can the builder file a complaint against us . if in case the builder keep quiet for 7 days and after 7 days if he goes to police station, then can he file a late complaint . And if such is done, then what should be our role . If we customers upload the beating video on youtube, then can the builder take action against us . And what kind of action under which sections .
