No Refund Of 1 Lakh On Cancellation Of Under Construction Property Within 20 Day

I had booked an under construction property in Mumbai. I paid 1 lakh as booking amount in 50,000+49000 +Taxes. They couldn't locate my 50,000 payment for 15 days and were completely unprofessional in their dealings. I had to contact multiple people and provide the same detail multiple times. I didn't like the service they were providing and didn't feel that my money is safe in this project. So canceled. They say that they can forfeit 10% of the flat total value in case of cancellation. So, I had a very bad experience as a consumer and was also at a loss of 1 lakh rupees. As they claim they don't owe me any money. I felt I was cheated as a Consumer. A bad service cost me 1 lakh rupees.
