we are living in a house in vasundhra ghaziabad since last 15 years on the back side we have one room in all of our locality 99 % of people have room . my neighbour wants our house and for this he is sending us notices and pressurising authorities to demolish our room . He knows people in authorities and the interaction which we had with authorities is not positive . We fear using his power and influence he will demolish our home . I request to please guide us

First make an application addressed to the Municipality Authority and then after some time file in a Civil Court!! Untill and unless you don't approach the concerned authority, you cant knock the Court's door!! Even if somebody suggests you for going directly to Court, it would be waste of Money as well as time!!
