it depends upon you whether the agreement is not in your favour then do not accept it
1. if the agreement is not up to the mark you can refuse to accept the same and can approach the RERA regarding the matter
Make a cancel deed dully signed and registered with refund plus the interest amount.. Take a cheque for the requisite amount from the builder. If the builder is not agreed then file a complaint with RERA tirbunal
