Tenent Is Not Vacating Shop

my tenent is not vacating my only shop in the house .even after the 11 month rent agreement has been expired back in 2013 . in addition he is demanding 17 lac and registery of the shop to vacate the shop . he says take or give 17 lac i ll take case back .in addition in order to presurize my parents he has registered the case of 420 against which police canceled it plz .help me out
