We have been living in an area in Himachal Pradesh for the past 32 years. My father was the first person to Construct house there back in 1986. in our absence in 2015, a man constructed a wall on the walking pathway claiming the land to be his own. now we have huge difficulty as we have to go around the whole area to reach our house. Can we do anything about this legally?
