Asked in Consumer Court
Dear Sir, It is universal problem and somebody must Knock at the doors of High Court.
If you dont have anything to do in life (which it seems to be the case because you are not able to do anything for 1 month) then you can first send legal notice through lawyer (which will cost you more than new prepaid plan) and then file case in consumer court and fight it for 1 year. After doing it all you will get refund of your prepaid plan. Then you can do zumba dance. or if you have something to do in life then abuse the providers with heart content and port sim to another company. Is it chortel ?
Hey You are advised to send the legal notice to the service provider mentioning the deficiency in the service. If they don't comply with your notice then you can file a civil complaint in consumer court. If you find it helpful, please rate my answer. Thank You
you can send a legal notice, if they don't act on it better to file a complaint in the consumer court.
you may pls save this message trail and file a complaint with the consumer court. it shall be appropriate. it should be done in the limits of your jurisdictional consumer court
