My college is not giving marksheet and after complaining to university.university told to collect duplicate marksheet. They told to write an affidavit and DD 1. What should I write in affidavit . (as my marksheet is not lost but college is not giving) 2. FIR is necessary in these cases or not. It would be really helpful if you give me a sample of affidavit.
