Airtel DTH Team Is Not Giving Me Back My Advance Rental

Hi Guys, I would really appreciate if someone could help me in this case, I disconnected my airtel dth connection on 2nd July 2023 and the reason was that my building premises has an ongoing construction besides my building due to which the DTH connection was not installed on a correct place, which led to signal loss and channels being not visible. For the same I had to raise complaint to Airtel team and their technician guy had informed me that you will face this issue because of the construction happening and the height of the building is also more than yours. When I had raised the complaint for the same to Airtel they asked me to write an email, I had done that too hoping for the same that they will help me get my refund back. Now, even after raising the request to National Consumer Helpline, they haven't refunded an amount of 1300 approx back to me. I would like to know is there any way to proceed ahead and get my rightful money back?
