    1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the overcharged amount along with the interest, 2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a consumer complaint as per the provision of latest amendments, 3. the consumer case can be filed from your place, 4. you can also claim an appropriate compensation for causing mental agony & unfair trade practice

Hello sir... It's clearly a case of fraud with consumer which comes under consumer protection act... First you need to send a legal notice to the shopkeeper then if he will not reply or give any satisfactory reply to you then you file a complaint in consumer court/forum which comes in your jurisdictional area....

Hi, This is a case of consumer fraud. You should send him a legal notice for refunding your money. If he does not comply with it then For such kind of activity, one can file a complaint to the nearest police station and also to the consumer redressal forum against unfair trade practice. You should file the complaint at the redressal forum in the jurisdiction of which the opposite party lives, works for gain or does business. If you find this answer helpful please rate my answer.
