Have been cheated by a seller on Amazon named Adorn India. They have shipped a very poor quality sofa to me which started getting distorted 2 months from the date of purchase. Amazon backed off from replacement saying that they have a one-month return policy. Since then seller has been fooling us on the name of repair which has not happened till date. It has been 6 months now since we purchased the sofa. Please help with the legalities involved into suing both the seller and Amazon.

First of all you need to send a legal notice to the seller and in case there is no positive outcome then file a complaint in the consumer forum. Please preserve all the communications between you and the opposite parties i.e. Amazon as well as the seller.
