Register your grievance through NCH APP OR Register your grievance through Consumer App OR Register your grievance through UMANG APP
Need to send a legal notice first, In case of non response from the party then we have to file complaint in consumer court
1. the act of cancelling the order & delayed the refund falls under the category of deficiency in services, 2. you can claim an appropriate amount of compensation for causing mental pain , agony due to deficiency in services
First of all accumulate all the details of your Order, correspondence, emails etc. put them in chronological order and manage to send a detailed Legal Notice and if the matter is not resolved go for filling of Complaint before the Consumer Commission of your District claiming your refund alongwith damages, Interest and cost of litigation.
