First of all accumulate all the details of your Order, correspondence, emails etc. put them in chronological order and manage to send a detailed Legal Notice and if the matter is not resolved go for filling of Complaint before the Consumer Commission of your District claiming your refund alongwith damages, Interest and cost of litigation. You have a good case and you will succeed. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.
