Country Club Vacations Membership Cancellation

I have joined Country Vacations (CV) membership on 25th Aug 2019, CV representatives gave presentations and forced us to take decision the same day sitting in one of the room in their office. I paid around Rs.65000 through my SBI debit card and YES bank credit card. Then later when I came home I checked in google about Country Vacations and found only negative reviews and lot of unsatisfied customer reviews, I was afraid then and reached to their office the next day and requested the representative an explanation and he told me to approach central customer care and local customer care through mail regarding the cancellation of membership.I have not used any of their facility and I have decided to cancel the membership. I mailed regarding cancellation on 28th Aug 2019. Till now there is not any answer towards my several mails. They just reply like we have forwarded your mail to concerned department, we will update you once we get the reply from them. Can you advice what to do as their agreement says refund of (amount paid-3800) will be done in 120 days if we cancel the agreement before the cool off period i.e, 10 days from signing the agreement.
