I have been job less for almost 28 months now. However, I do some consulting work to clear my EMI's (approx 1.90 lakhs a month) and run the house. I have a home loan with Bajaj Housing Finance. I requested for COVID 19 moratorium and it ended in May 2021. From June 2021, the EMI's are not going through auto debit, but I have been paying them within the month with out any pending payment. However, now BHFL says if I don't clear the EMI payments through auto debit, they will file a case against me and that I might lose my house.
