Hi, It's really great that you have the bills with you, it is advisable to keep all the evidences and records safely. Currently you require to send them a legal notice which must state that they should provide you the services as promised and incase they do not do so, within 15 days, you can file a case against them after the lapse of 15days. If the bills state the terms and conditions of the parlor and mentions the part of life time validity, then it's well and good, else the oral contract will be required to be proven by the advocate. However, such contracts are implied to be of life time validity and comes with the guarantee. you can file a case against them before the consumer dispute redressal commission under consumer protection act in case they do not fulfill the terms and conditions as stated in the legal notice.
