    Since the product is still under the period of warranty It is the most opportune time for you to make the final compalint with the Company. Better it would be if you could manage to cause a detailed Legal Notice explaining whole of the agony you have faced till now. It must also be mentioned about the damages, inconvenience, mental torture and costs for service of Legal Notice. Probably the matter will be solved. Otherwise make up your mind for approaching the Consumer Court because the time of warranty is about to lapse. It will definitely work. You have a good case and you will succeed.     1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to refund the amount or replace the laptop with new one, 2. if the needful is not done despite service of the legal notice, you can file a consumer complaint as per the provision of latest amendments, 3. the consumer case can be filed from your place, 4. you can also claim an appropriate compensation for causing mental agony & unfair trade practice 5. you can contact me for a detailed discussion.
