Dear client I am sorry to hear that what is the case you can always reach out to the management and try to resolve the matter amicably moreover if they are not abiding by your term end condition then you can always move ahead and serve them a legal notice

If they are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write to stop all these harrassment and refund the amount along with compensation. You have to warn them that either give you a same sized wedding hall or face legal action which will be at their own risk. And if you wish to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
