Dear Sir, You may get issue a strong legal notice and thereafter may approach Consumer Court by claiming huge compensation.

Firstly serving them Legal Notice and if it doesn't work then going ahead with filing case in Consumer Court.

Issue them notice through lawyer and File Complain in Consumer Court and claim heavy compensation.
