Dear Sir, If email address is admitted email of the other party then it is sufficient notice. To create a cause of action such notices will be given. Otherwise the other party may say that they never approached if approached they would have settled to your claim. Please give me rank after viewing my details. Please call me for further assistance.

There is no specific provision which is mandatory to send LEGAL Notice to the Opposite Parties. Your simple intimation for getting your grievance is sufficient before filing of Consumer Complaint. Please give me Rank Five and follow me after reviewing my resume and book a consultation for further discussion and explanation if required.

Dear Dipesh, You can send a letter/ email is sufficient But its advisable to send a legal notice to the party through advocate. The impact of legal notice will be more effects than the normal letters. In case of any further advice please connect with me.
