Issue them notice through lawyer demanding your money and if they refused to pay then File Money RECOVERY SUIT IN COURT through lawyer. Issue them notice through lawyer to complete the interior work if they refused then File complain in consumer court and claim heavy compensation.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action.
